ImageOptim
My go-to for image size optimization for JPG, GIF, PNG and SVG. I simply right click on the item on macOS to kick off the compression.
HandBrake
Excellent free tool to reduce video file size while still maintaining good quality.
Google Analytics
It's a bit overwhelming and bloated if you are after simple stats but it's an incredible offering for a free analytics solution.
